Wilmington Trust Corporation, a Delaware corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of M&T Bank Corporation, which is based in Buffalo, N.Y., has agreed to pay $700,000 and furnish other relief to settle a disability discrimination lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the agency announced today.
